I got the full blessing but no matter what choices i can only get ending 1 (the bad ending im assuming) I am wondering if its a bug, but i tried every dialog option and i cant get a different ending EDIT: After finding a comment on how to get all endings, i understand where i went wrong and completed it <3~
you might be able to play the game using JoiPlay as the game is an rpg maker game if that helps (I don't know how to use Joiplay but there are YouTube videos out there that can help you)

i do not like the new animation style for the spicy scene ToT it looked GOOFY. otherwise i liked the three storylines

ending 1 is a mix of both ending 2 and 3 options.
ending 2: Are you going to leave?, This place makes you never want to leave, right?, Put the poison, Don’t tell him, and Convince him to go back
ending 3: How is everyone?, your deserve to rest, Don’t put the poison, Tell him, and Let him speak.
